CRANBERRY SAUCE
Ingredients
- 1 pkg of cranberries
- 1 peeled orange
- 1 16 oz. mango juice
- 1 red apple
- 1 green apple, chopped
- ½ c chopped pecans or chopped walnuts
Instructions
- Combine cranberries and juice in saucepan.
- Simmer cranberries in saucepan until berries pop and juice has thickened.
- Add chopped orange, apples and nuts.
- Simmer until sauce thickens.
- Refrigerate day before serving.
