CRANBERRY SAUCE

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg of cranberries
  • 1 peeled orange
  • 1 16 oz. mango juice
  • 1 red apple
  • 1 green apple, chopped
  • ½ c chopped pecans or chopped walnuts

Instructions

  • Combine cranberries and juice in saucepan.
  • Simmer cranberries in saucepan until berries pop and juice has thickened.
  • Add chopped orange, apples and nuts.
  • Simmer until sauce thickens.
  • Refrigerate day before serving.
